We experienced some noise from other guests on our floor, which can be expected at any hotel.

The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient, and my room was always spotless. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was strong and easy to connect to.
I also experienced several days without hot water during my stay, which was frustrating. The noise level in the hotel was unbearable, with rowdy guests running and shouting in the halls.
